Snapping turtles and alligator turtles are different. Well first off alligator turtles have spikes on the top of their shell and snapping turtles don’t. Snapping turtles are smaller than alligator turtles. Snapping turtles are more likely to bite or attack then alligator turtles. Alligator snapping turtles can open their mouths wider and also have a larger mouth. Snapping turtles are easier to catch because they are smaller.
